The N'ENTRE PAS threaded ring should not be manually tightened (without excessive effort) more than two rotations into the piece's threading. If it can be tightened more than two rotations, the threading does not meet the requirements (N'ENTRE PAS). The N'ENTRE PAS ring must be identified in red. For machined parts and gauges, the reference temperature is 20° Celsius. As the manufacturer, VÖLKEL provides an in-house calibration certificate upon request (price on demand). Calibration is performed in an independent VÖLKEL measurement lab, following directives and standards set for each sample (DIN, ISO, ANSI), using an IAC threading scanner.
