- MEETS ANSI & OSHA: WELKFORDER Rebar Positioning Chain Assembl has fully passed the test performed at factory laboratory in accordance with ANSI Z359.3 and in compliance with the requirements of OSHA 1926 Subpart M, OSHA 1910, used for work positioning only. Snap & Rebar Hooks marked with the “ANSI Z359.12” conforms to ANS1/ASSEZ359.12.
