Upon any products being found to be defective Kason must be notified of the nonconformity in a reasonable time. Products found to be defective will be replaced or credit issued to the purchaser for the sale price. Whether products are replaced or credit is issued shall be mutually agreed by the parties. Kason will make all reasonable efforts to provide products to the purchaser that are in compliance with known industry standards.
