FrogTape Pro Grade Flashing Tape is ideal for creating weatherproof seals around windows, doors and other building openings in residential and commercial construction applications. This flashing tape combines ShurGRIP high performance acrylic adhesive with a conformable film backing that easily bends around edges, corners and other building transitions. Engineered using exclusive UV curing technology, this flashing tape does not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and won't react with caulks and sealants, ensuring durable bonds after installation.
- CREATE WEATHERPROOF SEALS: Flashing tape provides waterproof seal with all-weather performance; long-term performance in temperatures ranging from -40 F (-40 C) to 240 F (115 C); 12-month UV resistance
- FAST AND EASY INSTALL: No primers needed for installation; hassle-free installation in extreme climates and temperatures ranging from 0 F (-18 C) to 150 F (65 C); adhesive will not freeze in cold temperatures or melt and become messy in hot temperatures
- ADVANCED ACRYLIC ADHESIVE: Initially repositionable adhesion to building materials like OSB, glass faced gypsum, and concrete; compatible with sealants, caulking and rigid PVC window flanges; flashing tape seals and self-heals around nails, screws and other fasteners
- INSTALLATION TIP: Best practice is to apply sufficient pressure along the entire length of the tape using a roller or squeegee to ensure adhesion and a continuous seal; eliminate any wrinkles, creases or trapped air beneath the tape
