Yes, if the 3rd row is up, this mat will be attached to it by Velcro (2 Velcro strips will come with this mat), but this mat will be a little up above the seats and will unfortunately not look very nice! And when the tailgate opens, it will interfere! But as I said before, if you do not plan to use your trunk without the 3rd row of seats, you can cut this Trunk Liner and use it only for space behind the 3rd row of seats ONLY!
