The unique structure of the granules absorbs urine straight away and ensures that the smell cannot escape. Natural microbes neutralise and break down the odour of small animal urine, keeping the cage or hutch hygienic and clean. The light fragrance keeps the cage/hutch smelling pleasant and fresh. Cage Fresh Granules are biodegradable and completely safe for small animals. Instructions Thoroughly clean the cage or hutch and then sprinkle a layer of Cage Fresh Granules over the dry bottom of the cage or hutch. Small animals usually have a corner that they regularly use as a toilet. Make sure that there are enough Cage Fresh Granules in this corner. Cover the layer of granules with normal bedding. One layer of granules is enough to keep the cage of one small animal free of unpleasant odours for a week. For two or more small animals, clean the cage and sprinkle the granules two times a week. For normal use, the amount in this packaging should last approximately four months (based on one small animal). Store in a cool and dry place.
