Partial Door for ARC* Pizza oven-Designed exclusively for the ARC* oven. This pure heavy gauge stainless steel baffle door will help enhance the retention of oven heat and reduce the fuel needed to bring the oven stone to operating temperature. Intentionally lower than the oven opening, this baffle door is intended to not interfere with the factory exhaust system of the oven. Ideal for use with the NU2U Heat Radiating insert, to retain oven heat while gas is off.Supplied with Stainless steel hardware for tool free assembly. Use at own risk. Please NOTE: This item has been designed to provide adequate ventilation to be used with gas on but regardless there is still no approval and/or recommendation from the Oven manufacturer for the use of our heat baffle door, N.B. use is always on your own your own risk.
